Shipping policy

For domestic buyers, all orders are shipped through reliable third-party courier services and/or registered India Post. We strive to ensure timely delivery, but we do not guarantee delivery times and are not responsible for delays caused by the courier or unforeseen circumstances.
Orders are typically dispatched within 3–4 business days and delivered within 7–10 business days, or as per the estimated timeline provided at the time of purchase. Delivery will be made to the address specified by the buyer during checkout.
Group pharmaceuticals is not liable for any delay in delivery by the courier company / postal authorities and only guarantees to hand over the consignment to the courier company or postal authorities within 3-4 days
