Shipping
All orders are shipped through trusted courier partners and/or registered India Post. Once your order is dispatched, a tracking link will be shared so you can follow its journey.

We aim to deliver your order on time, but delays may occasionally occur due to factors beyond our control, such as weather conditions, holidays, or regional disruptions. Please ensure your shipping details are accurate and complete to avoid delivery issues. If an order is returned due to incorrect information, additional shipping charges may apply.

Returns
If you receive a damaged, expired, incorrect, or incomplete order, please contact us within 7 working days of delivery so we can resolve it quickly.

Once we receive and verify the returned product, refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days and credited to your original payment method.

For requests outside these conditions, returns may be reviewed and approved at our discretion. Please note that certain products may be classified as non-returnable
